PM Thanks Critics for Making Him the 3rd Person to Receive an Honorary Doctorate Degree from RUPP

PHNOM PENH: Prime Minister Hun Sen has thanked his enemies, or critics, for making him work hard to learn how to protect peace, stability, and the Cambodian economy, until he was recognized by the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and awarded an honorary doctorate degree in development.

The Prime Minister made this statement this while receiving an honorary doctorate degree from RUPP this Friday morning, 5 August 2022.
